Career in brief

Peter has combined more than 20 years experience in personal development, consulting, sales, project management and coaching across a wide range of business sectors.

Over the last few years, Peter has helped people across the world to enhance their lives and their businesses, working on consultancy projects in Europe, the USA and in Asia and has supported Microsoft Ireland with their vision to double their business turnover from $45M to $90M by 2010.

Some recent assignments:
  • Assessing functional and high performance leaders in blue-chip organisations, their motivation and career anchors, through on-line tools and High Performance Workshops
  • Initiating and delivering new strategic leadership sales training in conjunction with Microsoft to implement online assessment, workshops, training and senior level coaching worldwide
  • Consulted, designed and delivered positive learning solutions which included leadership, management, technology, cross cultural, marketing and sales packages for CXO's and senior management, resulting in increased business impact of 30%
  • Managed and consulted on a winning bid for a large and international rollout consulting project with Infineon Technologies on its TriCore® Products worth $150K per project
Previous career experience:

Peter has predominantly worked with senior and middle management clients and has held key positions in blue chip organisations such as Royal Mail International, Frost & Sullivan training consultancy, Hawksmere training consultancy, ICI, Elsevier Publishing and the "Centre for High Performance Development", a specialist leadership and management-training consultancy for assessment and development of individuals, where he was a Client Director.

Education and training:
  • Certified Life and Business coach
  • Masters in the Art and Science of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) with The International NLP Trainers Association (INLPTA)
  • Trained to administer and interpret the "Wave" psychometric tool developed by Saville Consultancy
