She worked as Design Manager and Senior Process Engineer for an international engineering company, delivering multi-million pound projects in the UK, Canada, Switzerland, France and China. During this time she gained significant experience in conceptual design, process analysis, material-handling philosophies, operational masterplanning and risk management. Subsequently, Dulcie has worked as a consultant in behavioural and organisational management. Dulcie’s expertise lie in a) creative problem solving through the design of practical solutions for organisation challenges, b) ensuring client needs are addressed and delivered, and c) coaching to establishing change and optimum performance within organisations. She has been involved in programmes to establish culture and a common working platform. She has specific experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, cosmetic, food, wine and environmental industries.
