Career in brief

Fredrik has sixteen years experience of international management, in several senior and director positions. He has worked with consulting in multiple industries, taking on issues such as strategy generation, project implementation and improved performance of organisations.

Prior to Fredrik’s consulting for Coverdale, he worked for the Swedish Royal Marines as a Company Commander, managing 200 soldiers and 30 Officers in several different countries. Fredrik also had a number of high level secondments internationally, mainly in operations and information management.

Fredrik has also started and run a SME in consulting with customers in several different countries. Different jobs and education have brought him to working in 28 countries including India, Germany, Norway, Denmark, Sweden, Brazil, USA, Israel, Lebanon, Syria, Egypt, South Africa, Thailand and Russia.

Some recent assignments
  • Supported an NGO in DR Congo as Finance/HR/Logistics Manager
  • Working with MBA students at Lancaster University on team development processes. The training substantially accelerated the process of creating high performing teams.
  • Researching relationship management on a director's level in several SME's and presented actionable guidelines to investors.
  • Coordinated and led a consultancy team of MBA students, which successfully improved revenue by 800% in a £5 million business.
  • Developed new strategies for United Nations in southern Lebanon and supported implementation of these.
  • Facilitated a number of high level meetings in non profit organisations in Israel.
  • Supported global automotive and construction equipment manufacturer with market intelligence and business development alternatives to expand in global markets including Brazil and Russia. Implementation of option gave 40% margin on after markets sales.
  • Assisted several SME's with M&A, advising on cultural integration, training and business development.

Fredrik says:
