He has held leadership positions to global Vice President Level in FTSE 100 companies, and has operated within, and led complex global functions since 1990. His corporate leadership roles focused increasingly on the organisational side of IT. Michael has further worked as an internal consultant and programme manager focusing on strategic change activities across process redesign, organisational innovation and organisational redesign. Michael has established and led a consulting practice specialising in organisational innovation for an OD consulting company. The practice focused on optimising innovation in global organisations across internal and partnership relationships. Michael now consults across the spectrum of performance optimisation, process optimisation, information technology, and change management. In his work as a consultant and trainer he focuses on:
