Within the framework of our Approach to Change, we routinely incorporate review loops. These are helpful when it comes to continuous review of progress toward goals set at the outset and to adapting to changes in the actual situation.

We use the "aims target" as a methodological key as a means of clarifying and setting goals in dialogue with everyone concerned.
