Reviewing, Evaluating, Learning, Taking Action

Why it is important to you
Reviewing, evaluating, learning and taking action as a result is key to establishing and developing your organisation's capability to change. Can an organisation afford to miss the opportunity to share successful practices from the different business areas and risk making the same mistakes over and over again?

What Coverdale Does
Coverdale will work to ensure that appropriate and measurable criteria are established for the change programme as a whole and for each key component. We will work with you to monitor and evaluate progress against these criteria, to review, learn and take action on that learning as we go. We will encourage you to evaluate the impact of the change process at the following levels:

  • reaction - establish participants level of satisfaction with any event (learning experience etc.)
  • learning - validate the learning/change that has taken place compared to what was planned
  • behaviour - establish the extent to which the learning/plans have been applied in the workplace
  • business results - measure the results (financial or otherwise)

We will work with you to understand the causes and learning from both success and difficulty so that appropriate learning and principles are recognised and embedded for the future as part of continuous improvement.
