Why it is important to you
Successful organisations are those that have a high capability for observing/perceiving what is happening outside and within their organisation and responding, adapting, changing appropriately and purposefully at all levels. People need to have freedom to respond to changing situations guided by purpose and the skills and competencies to operate differently.

What Coverdale Does
We will work with you to explore and develop your organisation's current change capability by:

  • developing selected senior people in your organisation to lead and facilitate the change process - "leaders of change"
  • providing programmes and project management methods and techniques and developing the skills to use them
  • working 1:1 with chief and senior executives helping them to think through the change process and, in particular, deal with and lead on the issues
  • embedding a process and skill in observation and review - developing a learning and adaptive organisation
  • ensuring that skill and structures are aligned with the change strategy
  • ensuring that people own and share the purpose of change
  • helping to ensure that the people skills are in place alongside the technical skills
