Executive, management and team coaching

Coaching is an integral part of Coverdale's approach to consultancy. In a business context, the focus is usually on performance improvement and so coaching activity will be concerned with both learning and task outcome.

We help individuals to discover their capability and potential so that they can maximise their performance and desired end results. We do this by enabling them to review experience, and by reflecting ideas, exploring options, 'rehearsing' situations and imagining implications, facilitating decision-making, evoking solutions from the individual and supporting their implementation.

We believe it is important to encourage ownership and sustainability so we do everything in our power to leave our clients self-sufficient so that they can achieve their immediate short-term goals and in the longer term are prepared to face future challenges.

Coverdale coaching is ultimately about improving performance and the principles can be applied at an individual or team level. To enhance this process we use the Coverdale Inspire © Coaching Model.

We also train managers to be able to coach their own people.
