Coverdale have taken a strategic decision to focus all effort on helping clients on an in-house basis only. Over the last few years we have seen a steady shift in the market where more and more clients are demanding tailor-made solutions to meet the specific needs of their businesses. In order to respond well to this need and so we can optimise the value we add we have taken the decision to cease running open courses.

The Coverdale Organisation Ltd works closely with the UK's leading businesses, developing courses which achieve measurable results for both individuals and organisations. We help people develop the vision, creativity, commitment, and skills necessary to bring about sustainable change and improved results.

Style
The pace is brisk and lively. On Coverdale courses people learn through active participation, carrying out practical tasks, during which learning is based on first hand experience. People work in small groups, discovering the skills and strengths of themselves and others in their team. Successes and strengths are emphasised and potential weaknesses are overcome through action plans to promote improvement.

Back at work
Coverdale learning is characterised by sustained support for clients and delegates. The end of the course is not the end of our relationship with you. We provide opportunities for reinforced learning and help you develop additional techniques by maintaining contact with you back at work.

Support takes the form of distance mentoring by email or telephone. When there are several delegates from same organisation attending courses, we may also be able to arrange a visit from a Coverdale consultant.
