Coverdale have taken a strategic decision to focus all effort on helping clients on an in-house basis only. Over the last few years we have seen a steady shift in the market where more and more clients are demanding tailor-made solutions to meet the specific needs of their businesses. In order to respond well to this need and so we can optimise the value we add we have taken the decision to cease running open courses.

What's involved?
You will be asked to complete a detailed questionnaire before the course. This helps us understand your aims and expectations so the detailed design of the course can be adjusted to meet them.During the course, you will work on real projects for real clients, enabling you to put the project management theory into practice in a challenging but safe learning environment.

Technical aspects of project management, such as: will be handled in the context of the successful management of a team of people with their different skills, ideas and personalities.

Applying your learning back at work is given ample time during the course.

The programme
This four-day programme is designed to develop the skills necessary for managing and operating within an effective project team.

Day one
Delegates work in teams to carry out a series of very short practical projects in order to practise the following ideas and techniques: There is an opportunity for delegates to clarify their own personal learning or development aims.

Back at work support
Course staff will continue to follow the progress of delegates on the course, supporting the application of learning back at work, maintaining contact with them by telephone or email.
