The Coverdale Project Director
The Coverdale Project Director contains the tools, documents and templates to help you successfully manage the widest possible range of projects. It has been designed to sit on a PC or laptop as a stand-alone reference point, or can be organised as part of a company intranet system.
The Coverdale Project Director guides the noviciate and experienced Project Manager through the life cycle of a project, and suggests the most appropriate tool/document for each step along the way. It includes sample documents for all stages of the project, and has some simple planning tools to help with the action stages.
It also includes the findings of a research project that was jointly conducted with Coverdale and Computer Weekly into the causes of project failure, and the most common pitfalls to avoid.
