Business ethics & conflict of interest
Coverdale seeks to establish and maintain appropriate business standards including procedures necessary to avoid any real or apparent impropriety or to prevent any action or conditions, which could result in conflict with the Client's best interests. The obligation shall apply to the activities of Coverdale personnel in their relationships with the Client's employees in connection with this agreement.
Health & safety
We will comply with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and with any subsequent statutory modifications.
The Client will identify to us any safety rules and procedures that our staff are required to observe.
The Supplier carries Public Liability Insurance of £5 million. It is the Client's responsibility to ensure their employees have any additional insurance cover, whilst undergoing training, which may be deemed necessary by the Client.
