STEVE SAYS:
“My first Coverdale experience was working as an in-house coach, which gave me the skills, tools and confidence to embrace change and continuously step outside of my comfort zone to seek new opportunities. It also provided me with the opportunity to support and coach individuals embarking on a similar journey to take ownership for their development and to support different teams in delivering extraordinary results. This journey continues to be exhilarating, extremely challenging and highly rewarding! I am fiercely proud of my family and their achievements and my main interests outside of work, include walking, cycling, gardening, music, philately and writing poetry and children’s books.”
